I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people move better, get stronger, and train with purpose.
My background spans every corner of the fitness industry — from coaching athletes as a Director of Sports Performance to managing fitness programs at the University of Florida and leading national education initiatives for trainers through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Before launching Elevate Fitness MJ, I served as Chief Operating Officer for the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification, where I helped teach thousands of coaches worldwide how to train clients safely and effectively.

Today, I bring that same science-driven, results-focused approach to every client I work with — helping adults 40+ build lasting strength, reduce pain, and feel confident in how they move.
